Evolution has set in place technologies and business processes to provide the high level of service that account holders require from their hosting provider. These steps ensure that hardware and software resources are up and running twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

A primary service that Evolution offers is application monitoring. Monitoring can be set up and customized to detect application outages immediately as they occur and take corrective action. This could include, for example, the detection of an application that has become unresponsive and the subsequent restart of an application server.

Account holders may set up a service level agreement with Evolution to guarantee that certain metrics are met on a monthly basis.
